Noises?! Help please I'm worried!!!

My beardie just started making a weird almost slushy noise coming from her mouth shes puffing up whenever she does it! Please help!!! She has the perfect beardie setup if your wondering. She also keeps scurrying around whenever she makes the noise.

Hi there....did she have a bath recently that she might have aspirated a little water ? Can you get a video of it ? Maybe choking on something ? Is she showing any other type of distress ? Sometimes they get over these little coughing spellls with no ill effects.

She had a bath just about 3-4 day ago and was going to get another today because of her shedding. She has not eaten today yet... could it be a coughing spell? I turned off the lights five minutes ago and she is just being a little spazy running around her cage with no noises. Should I give her a bath?

I don't think you want to stick her in any water right now. You might want to keep the lights on to watch how she does, unless this is her usual lights out time. So she ate nothing today ? How old is she ? Do you have any pics ? What are the temps. in the tank ?

Shes around 5 months and ate squash this morning. Shes better now with no noises and yeah its her normal light out time. Her temps are all normal but since the lights are out there a little lower.

Can you email me a sound bite of the noise? You can try recording the sound with your cell phone and emailing it.

Did you hear any 'pah' sounds, clicks, or grunts?

If so, she was talking.

In the morning, see how she is acting for the 1st 3 hrs. Then, if all seems normal, give her a bath. Watch her very closely. Does she start licking her lips when you dribble water over her mouth (outside of the bath-tub)? If so, she is thirsty.

Do you have any Hornworms? They help hydrate Beardies, when eaten.

Good news everyone!!! All of today I didn't hear a thing and last night when she went to bed she was acting normal maybe she was talking? So excited she's better!!!
