No pooing, barely eating - Take Saxon to vet?

I need advice for my little guy.

Saxon has pinworms and coccidia. He's been on albon since March 2nd. He gets 4cc a night, I did miss one dose March 14th. But last night he received the dose again.

For the past couple of weeks, his appetite has diminished. Saxon will eat if I put it directly in front of him, or put it on his lips to let him taste. He's had some mealworms, about 10 wax worms (several weeks ago). Baby food, almost no salad.

A few nights ago I gave him a little bit of unsweetend applesauce. No luck in clearing him out. Warm baths never seem to work with him. I gave him some more unsweetened applesauce again last night.

I have olive oil for tonight. Can anyone tell me how much I need to give to him? He's 17" long.

I'm suppose to take him into the vet on Wednesday and leave him for a stay over exam and possible xray. But those two things are $130 bucks, I'll fork it out if I have to. But if I can get Saxon to go before then, I'll feel so much more comfortable (and not have to spend money when it extremely tight right now!)

I think it is just a few drops of olive oil at a time.

Have you tried using a probiotic with the medicine? Some medicines mess with their gut flora and a probiotic can help with that. (something like benebac)

I started giving him acidophiliz+ (spelling?) a few days ago after reading on here I needed to give him a probiotic also.

I gave him a few drops of olive oil last night too.

So the Albon can contribute to Saxon not pooing? The last time he went was on March 4th. I tried warm bath again last night. I've also tried to massage him belly (not that I have ANY idea on how to do that really, but of course he fell asleep on me again, spoiled buggar.)

Any other ideas? Do I need to take him into the vet tomorrow, or should I wait until the Albon is gone and just keep giving applesauce and olive oil every few days? I don't want to hurt my little guy.
