Is this normal? Is this part of Beardies growing up? My guy is about a year old. Trying to determine if his change of appetite - just watches the crickets now - is normal or part of a bigger problem that I mention in another forum topic.

It can happen. If he's big enough he'll probably love superworms, and dubia roaches are a great alternative.

My guys is about 7 months old and has completely lost interest too. Have you started feeding him something else? I started feeding mine Turks and supers in addition to the crix but now I am back to crix until my Turk colony gets started and he refuses to eat the crix. The Turks and Worms he'll eat. I imagine Crix are not the best tasting feeder out there, of course I am not willing to take on that experiment. LOL.

Have you tried switching feeders?

I haven't added anything new to his diet.

Sounds like Supers are a nice supplement. But is it true I have to cut off their heads?

Does everyone also give vitamins? Or are the veggies enough?
