nino tryna bite nova!

ok my 2 year old bearded dragon nino is trying to attack my 1 year old nova everytime he see him ok this is strange because i take them out together all the time and they get along very well now all of a sudden nino wanna attack him he start bobbing his heading really fast and his beard turnt real black and nova was just bobbing his head slow and waving his hand so is this a sign of mating or do nino wanna eat nova? and nova is only 10 inches long he's way smaller than nino also if this is a mating sign then that means nova is a girl?

It is a sign of Dominance, the bigger beardie is trying to show who's boss' It has nothing to do with mating. They need to be separated at all time's, the bigger beardie Will Kill, Attack, Fight, ect the younger smaller beardie.

Beardies are Very Solitary Reptile's, they do Not get lonely, and they do not need the company of another beardie around them.

no i would never keep them together that would be crazy! they live in there own enclosure its just when they see eachother or when i take them out together thats when it happens but its weird they never done this before i always put them together outside the tank just 2 days ago they started doing this

I would stop taking them out together, it happens when they start getting bigger and older, it even happens when they are younger, they are solitary creatures and need and want their own space.

ok ill stop taking them out together thanks so much kind of figured it was something like that but i wasnt sure but one more question i kno this is off topic but should i dust there greens with calcium and dust there food with calcium in one day or should i just dust one of them

I would just dust their live feeders, crickets are really easy to dust plus you know they will get all the calcium because they will eat all their crickets (or whatever kind of live feeder you use)

ok cool also my nova is pretty skinny because he hasnt been eating in a long time but now he's back eating again so what should i give him to fatten him up he wont eat wax worms he would just spit those back out

butter worms and horn worms are good treats.

butter worms are small tho you thing they will fatten him up and hornworms cost to much just for a little bit

butter worms are an ok size plus they are all meat, as worms don't really have a exoskeleton so feeding them 5-10 a day as a treat is a good amount of food along with other food, so that should help to put some weight on.
