Night time heat

[AJBD]

Hi there, as my heat lamp amd uvb tube are both on timers, would it be ok and not disturb the bearded dragons sleep if i set it so that the heat lamp went on from 12:00-12:15 amd 3:00-3:15 as my house gets very cold at night and last night temperatures dropped to 60F inside the viv and im worried AJ may get too cold during the night. As i live in scotland it is very cold during winter time.

That might disrupt sleep and I'd say it's better to leave it off and allow it to be a little cooler but remain dark overnight given the choice.
