newly aqquired beardie

Yesterday, My daughter adopted a yr old beardie named Ketchup from a couple, and all he seems to want to eat is crickets. Is there a good way to get Ketchup to start eating the greens we bought for him that we have looked up buying for him? any info would be so appericated. thanks

I'm no expert, but I have had George for 2 yrs now and he still prefers live food, To get him to eat some greens I put a living lettuce in his tank and he will happily munch on that as and when. Other than that he will eat butternut squash. I suppose its just a case of try everything, I don't think it will do him any harm to eat live food. Apparently calci worms are ok as a staple. (if I'm wrong I am sure someone will correct it)
