Newbie Got Questions

Ok so Im new to beardies, ive had snakes and other lizards in the past, but Kuro is exactly like me! He likes to play on computers and phones a lot. If we place him down he automatically runs onto the computer? I love him to bits and I know he is starting to trust me as hes started falling asleep on my bed or on me at night, he doesnt really like any insects we feed him so his vivarium always has 2 or 3 crickets in it because he only eats a few daily. He doesnt drink his water from his water bowl, only when i bathe him and he doesnt eat veg unless i hand feed him atleast half. He is always jumping from his basking rock onto one of the walls of his vivarium. I dont understand the computer thing or whether its good for Kuro to sleep with me at night. I would also like to know why when i handle him he prefers to sit along the ridge of my glasses (Spectacles) rather than in my hand? :study: :study: :study: :study: :study: :study: :study: :study:

Tell us more about your enclosure, lights, UV bulbs, cage temps, light cycle, daily diet and amounts, size of your dragon, and vitamin/mineral supplementation...

Yeah we're having fun, he's sitting on me as i type this haha
The enclosures 4ft x 2ft x 2ft, we b,ought the enclosure and it has a built in light, its has a ReptiSun, Temps are usually 40 degrees directly under the basking rock, We turn his lights on at 7am and dim them down to night at around 8:45pm, He eats around 16 crickets a day he has a Small 20cm x 6cm x 20cm Bowl for veggies which is always full of parsley carrot apple and kale, Hes 5 inches without including his tail and with the tail hes 11.5 inches, We have him on Repcal a few times a week and Its okay, questions are whats gunna keep him healthy, Ive just noticed he is having trouble shedding his hands, is this a problem or?
