Newbie Beardie Fan

Hi everyone,

I just got my baby(juvenile) beardie this past Saturday. It did not take me long to figure out how much I do not know! I am so thankful for this site, I have learned a lot. The pet store told us that Beardies could live together, so my daughter and I bought 2......So far they are getting along great, but I am keeping a close eye on them and will separate them if needed. He also sold us calci-sand, I dumped it all today after reading the horror stories of what could happen, I am switching to the shelf liner. We got 2 girls, we think, pet store does not seem very reliable for info. My little girl is Dylila, she is more white than most and she has tiny orange markings on her back. She is quite beautiful, she has a very calm nature and loves to be held...boy, can she eat :lol: My daughters little girl is called Virginia, she is bigger than Dylila. She is the standard grey/black, but also very beautiful. She is the wild one of the bunch, very energetic and can be worrisome to hold, as she loves to wander....also, a very good eater.

They look so cute when they are sleeping!!

Very cute! i love sleeping beardies! lol, and definately seperate them as soon as you can, you may not have troubles yet but they can turn in an instant! again very cute lil ones and i hope to see more pics as they grow!
