Hi I've had some trouble getting my 1 year old to eat it's been nearly 3 weeks now (other than the odd wax work and a few greens). Anyway after advice I got a new uv the repti sun 10 tube and I was just wondering how long it would take before she picks up again if that was the problem. Next stop is the vets if this doesn't help :(

It's hard to say. Sometimes people see an instant improvement, other times it can take a few weeks. Look for positive signs such as increased basking, higher energy level & alertness, and increased appetite.

Thanks. To be honest she's been alert and active especially when out the viv having a run the whole time which is why I've not panicked to much but just wont eat (everything from locusts through to wax worms). Probably wont help that almost as soon as I put the new UV in her basking light blew so I've now only got a 70 watt which doesn't seem to get her warm side much above 26 so doubt I'll see much improvement until the stores open again tomorrow and I can fix that :(

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
