New to using RepCal/Herptivite

Hey guys I just got my RepCal/Herptivite in (don't worry, I've been using other products instead), but I am not familiar with it. On the dosage instructions, all it says is to mix 1:1 RepCal and Herp, then coat insects. But it doesn't say how often. Every feeding (3x daily)? Surely not. Once a day? Once a week?

It all depends on age. This site has a simple chart near the top instructing supplement dosage for different ages.

good rule of thumb is calcium 1x a day 6x a week & vitamins 1x a day on the 7th day

Ok thank you. He's about 4-5mo old and 9" long. So is it better to not mix the products since he only needs the multi once a week? Because it says to on the directions. Just a little confused.

But that totally depends on age. Healthy adults only need calcium 3x per week.
