New to forum, my beardie is acting restless all of a sudden

Hi there, don't know if anyone can help but have a concern. Our sweet baby is acting "crazy" all of a sudden. She is probably close to a year old now, has always been very healthy and is so beautiful. The past few days I have noticed that she is going crazy in her tank. Nothing as changed with her tank or feedings other than the weekly cleanings I do and I gave her a hibiscus the other day. Yesterday she had her bath and I cleaned her house up while letting her have free time out, as I do everyday (her favorite spot is the window) and then put her back in to enjoy a few more crickets after bath as normal. We left to go to Pet store to buy more crickets and when we got back, her "room" was a complete mess and she was scratching at the glass to get out. So I took her out and cleaned up again then put her back in and not even an hour later she had done the same thing. The same thing is happening today and I am now getting worried that something is bothering her or is wrong.... Can anyone help me out to see if I can help her out in some way? Her normal behavior is laid back and sweet.... She still is very sweet but today was the first time that I felt intimated to pick her up... She didn't puff or act mean, just really jumpy and restless. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks
