New to Bearded Dragons

Hello there,
I rescued a Bearded Dragon from a home where this people clearly didn't look after it very good. They had no UVB light at all and the BD for my liking is very skinny.
It is a Girl they told me and she is 3 Years old. I got told that she is in Brummation right now. I have her in my Home now for about 3 Days. The first day I gave her some crickets and she eat about 4 of them but since then she didn't eat any more. I had her in a warm bath today but since I had her she didn't poop yet not even in the bath. When she is in the Bath she is kinda floating in there. I seen her today moving her mouth look like she was drinking some of the water.
She Sleeps all the time on the cold side of her Tank and when I check on her she give me sleep eyes. I hope she is ok. I keep checking her but I was reading as well that if there are in Brummation I should leave them.
The tank she is in is 48" Long 25" high and 17" deep. its a pretty big tank. Is the Tank alright?
The Tank she was in has basking lamp Not sure the Bulb doesnt say.
dome lamp 150 UVB 13W Exo terra Reptile bulb. That's all. Do I need another Light??
I just don't want her to get to cold. Like I said I'm never ever had a Bearded Dragon before. I will take a picture and maybe you guys can tell me if she is to skinny because I'm not to sure if she is. If she is what can I do to fatten her up? What do I have to give her and how because she isn't eaten right now.

That girl looks sleepy!!! OK I invest in a basking bulb for her. I have a tank that big and I use a 75 watt basking bulb. You definitely can get away with a 100watt. Also you need a better UVB Source. Those dome like deals are not effective. Take a look here for great info about lighting https://www.beardeddragon.org/articles/newbies-guide-lighting-help/.

Maybe feed her some waxworms or something fatty. So what she does eat will last her a bit. Focus on the lighting for now and see how she reacts.

I went and got another bulb for her basking lamp. I went and bought the Exo Terra Intense Basking Spot 150 Watt. Hope that isnt to hot. I also will go and look today that i can get the Repti Sun 10.0 HO TS bulb and hood and some Wax Worms and Super Worms.
This what the readings are with the 150Watt basking bulb.

Hi. You want to get a accurate thermometer. Temp gun or digital with a wire probe as the temp on the basking spot is what you want to know. Also wax worms are like candy bars for beardies. Dubia roaches are good so are Phoenix worms, horn worms, crickets, silk worms and butter worms are all good feeders. Lindasgonebuggie is a good place to order from if you want variety packs . Hi. I picked up some Super Worms and Wax Worms but she looks at them and then closes her Eyes again and back to sleep. So doesnt even open her eyes in the bath. Ok at first when i put her in then abit but not for long and shes back a sleep. I can put her on her back in my hand and she sleeps.

You probably want to read the burmation article 2 the right. Also I'd read the newbies articles to the right also just to make sure your husbandry is correct.
