Hi, two weeks ago I got a 40 gallon breeder tank for my three month old bd, Lola. I have noticed that she stays in the basking area and does not go to the other end of the tank..I thought that with more room, she would run around more..The temperature in the basking area is 110 degrees and 80 degrees at the other end of the tank. Does anyone know why she is behaving like this in the new tank? Am I doing something wrong?

She may find the size of the tank a bit overwhelming, which is probably why she stays on the one side of the tank. Give it time and she'll warm up to the rest of the tank.

She probably sees the other side as frightening o_O Dare to venture?

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
