with respects to the the reflectors does one work better than the other. also these all come with 5.0 T5 would that work or would i need to immediately need to get a 10.0 Bulb?

The only one that comes w/the 5.0 bulb is the Zoo Med - the pro T 5 needs the 12% bulb = to a T 5 and the 6400k bulb is a T 5 no difference in reflectors that I know of and yes you would need the 10.0 for the stronger uvb- the 5.0 is more for aquarium use
