New, researching for future beardie

Hello everyone.

I decided to join the forum because I am currently doing research on bearded dragons and plan to get one sometime around August or September, after I move. This site looks great and I'm sure to get a lot of valuable information about beardies.

Anyway, a little about me, I'm from Wisconsin, I have a few pets including birds, cats, fish, and an adorable little hedgehog. I am an animal fanatic and will be graduating from the UW with a degree in zoology and biological aspects of conservation at the end of the semester.

I am new to the world of reptiles as I haven't had any reptiles in the past, but I've always been interested in them. Good to meet you all!

Hey welcome to the site - sounds like you have a busy household with all those pets! A hedgehog??! Bet not many people can say they one of those - we have a fake Echidna to scrub the mud of your boots at the front door!!!! Does that count?! :lol:

Hello and welcome to the site I'd thought of going through university for zoology but ended up going the teacher route instead. Sounds like a fun collection you've got going there. Good on you for doing your research before bringing your dragon home - there's a lot to know about these little guys.
