New PowerSun MVB Questions

So I just got my first MVB (actually two) one came broken. I have been trying to get a hold of someone from Petmountain.com but no luck, I dont know whats up with there customer service. Anyways, I am new to using MVB's and to me they dont seem that Bright. I have a 75gallon tank, I do have a 48" strip light that makes up for the light. My main concern is when I turn of the srtip light, the MVB just doesnt seem bright enough. I dont know if im paranoid because one came broken. Has anyone noticed this? or is it just me. Before I used a Repti Basking spot lamp and it seems much brighter. The MVB is a 100watt ( I think I should have gotten the 160 but next time)

So, I read the entire post and I dont see anything about Lights being dim or not as bright as other lights. It was mostly about health issues. The one thing I noticed is that everyone says they have temps around 100 to 105 at about 12" or so. I have been using it for two weeks now and im about 10 degrees lower than that at the same distance. I haven't noticed any health issues so far, My boy seems normal just more color. Maybe a bad bulb.

Has anyone had customer service issues with Pet mountain??????????
I ordered about $200 worth of supplies and I cant even get a call back or a simple E-mail. Kinda sucks, they have great prices. I ordered so much to save on shipping, but now I kinda regret it
