Crickets will bite Chomper if left in his tank. You might try feeding in a seperate container, like a clear rubbermaid box. Easier to retrieve the leftovers. :)

All crickets can bite your beardie if you leave them in the tank. Yes, there are some crickets that are more aggressive than others, but all types can bite. Just be sure to remove all uneaten crickets from the tank, or feed in a separate enclosure.

If there's just a few crickets left after a feeding, I'll simply pick them up with my fingers and chuck them back into the feeding bag. If there's several, or if I'm not totally sure that they've only been in a few minutes and they could actually have been hiding in there since the lunchtime feeding and possibly eaten some poop, then I just take all the furniture out and vacuum out the tank...gets rid of all the dried up bits of greens they spread everywhere and any shed skin too.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
