First of all, Get rid of the coil UVB. They are useless and can sometimes hurt your dragons eyes. Your much better off with a Reptisun 10.0 T5 Tube bulb. and In My opinion, I would not listen to anything the pet store says, As they normally don't know how to give out PROPER info on keeping reptiles,
From how your describing his setup+temps+humidity They seem fine. Him rubbing his head against the log normally means he is getting ready to shed. It is perfectly normal for them to do that when readying for a shed.
You can post pics using this https://www.beardeddragon.org/useruploads/ Once you have uploaded a picture, Then hit the 'XIMG' button and your pics should show up. Could you post some pics of him and his setup? How much does he weigh? How long is he? and What do you feed him?
I Love his name! I have a crested gecko named gizmo.

Yes he will be fine for now, Just try to get the tube bulb ASAP.
Your supposed to set the UVB fixture up UNDER the screen. As most screens will filter out 50% of the UVB. I Rigged my UVB fixture under the screen using pipe cleaners. They are just suspended under the Bulb and then I tied them up Through some of the screen holes. View media item 60861 As you can see here, It is under the screen lid. The only problem was that my crazy Daisy thought that that was a New climbing thing and tried jumping on it. (That picture was taken before I switched the paper towels out with tile).
