New Owner and have questions

Hello, I recently became the new owner of two bearded dragons.
They're 4 years old (yeah, i'll get to that.) and have only been here for 2 full days, or 3 nights.
We got them from a friend who wasn't able to take them along when he moved, and from the looks of it wasn't... i would say... the greatest owner.
No offense to him but, the poor things didn't even have names, their tank was filthy when they arrived, and filled with clutter.

So, now they're with us, and i just want to make sure they get a good life, and since i'm new at this i basically have a question for everything they do.

First Daenerys

Since she's the more active at the moment, i'll start with her.

Yes, this is Daenerys, or Dany for short(as my nephew prefers)

Let's start with the biggest elephant in the room; she's pregnant.
We had no idea she was pregnant before she arrived, and the guy who gave them to us only discovered it as he picked her up to introduce her (apparently she's been pregnant before).
Any tips on how to make a good incubator would be great.

One Question is how do i know what she wants when she's glass surfing? She was doing it a moment ago, first time i saw her doing it, and i did look up what it could mean but i don't know how to pinpoint exactly why she's doing it. I read it could be because her reflection, which we haven't discovered how to block yet.
Could it be because we did change their tank when they came here, due to all the clutter that was originally in it, and now she's upset?
Does she want attention? She was just out a moment before, she came out once when my stepfather came home, and again when my sister came home. Also, when i opened the tank lid, she stopped surfing and crawled back up onto her rock, so could that mean something?
Is she stressed? I mean, i'm sure she's stressed out about relocating, and all the new people around.
Could she be about to lay her eggs? I hope this isn't the case yet, but it could be and i need to get on it if it is.

I don't really have much to say about the other bearded dragon; Drogon, as he's been sleeping.
Although, his sleeping does kind of worry me, i know beardies do go into brumation, but it's not a deep sleep that he's in, and i've caught him awake and just laying there a few times (yes, he's alive)
My stepfather says it's normal for them to be sluggish in these winter months, although i don't live in a place where there is really a winter.
But, unlike Dany who spends her time sitting in different locations around the tank, Drogon has spent his time laying in the same spot in the back of the tank for most of the day.
Is this just him dealing with his stress?
Is this a sign that he's not well?
Don't get me wrong, he's been up a few times, was awake the first part of yesterday, and was just out when my stepfather came home, but then went back to his spot.

I can't really get a good picture of him, because he's kind of hidden behind the rocks, so i apologize.

I'm sorry if some of these questions are stupid, but i'm pretty new at this and don't want these guys to be unhappy.
Also, sorry that this post is so long.
I'm very new at this and just want to give them a good life.
I'm sure i have a million more questions, but i'll stop here for now with this first post, and hopefully you guys can help me get better information on my beardies than google has.

Hi, could you go over their set ups? I see in the first pic there is sand which is a huge no no. All particle substrates are bad for beardies since they can digest the sand and get sick with impaction. Try tiles, adhesive shelf liner, or if city can’t get any of those, repticarpet even if it’s a mess to clean, it’s not sand :) hope i could help.

Ah, yes i'll try to get the sand out of their asap., thank you for the heads up.

As for their set up
the tank is about 40 gallons? maybe more, we only have some things which the guy provided us, such as four rocks in the center of the cage, a fake cactus, in one corner near their water dish and food dish. On the other side is a branch.
I'm not sure if you need to know the temperature of their light, i know we plan on getting a better one than the bulbs the guy provided or suggested to us.

We're new reptile owners, and only have done what the guy originally had set up.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
