New Leapord gecko has impaction?

I got him yesterday from craigslist for free with tank everything. Unfortuneatly he was on sand that was dirty and smelled foul. I cleaned and disinfected his tank also added new substrate tile/carpet. I think he might be impacted or maybe parasites.. I have baby food, soy yogurt, panacur, crix, supers, dubias. What should i give him? I tried squash BF but he only licked off a couple drops from his face.

It's possible he has an infection. An infection causes lethargic behavior, as well as refusing to eat. His tank smelled foul, which means there was a ton of bacteria, which causes an infection. The only cure is medicine given by your vet. Geckos eat insects exclusively, so feeding baby food is difficult. Taking him to the vet is your best option. My Beardie, Aaliyah, had a Gastrointestinal Infection, and got better in a week with medication and force feeding. Is he pooping? If he is, it is definitely not impaction. Try flipping him over and feeling his belly, if you feel a hard lump, it may be impaction. A vet is needed in both instances.
