New Enclosure, need recommendations for lighting

So I just got a 35 gallon aquarium for my bearded dragon that I will be getting sometime next month, it measures 30" long x 12" wide x 22" tall. Since it is so tall, would a 100 watt MVB get me to the basking spot temps in a room about 65 degrees Farenheit or would I need a higher bulb, the basking spot will be about 4 or so inches off the ground, but I could always make it higher.
