New beardy owner

I have had my beardy Rex for about two weeks now she is a sub adult. She eats her greens and devours dubia roaches and superworms. Question how many medium dubias should I feed her she will munch down 20 and still be looking for more. Also I read for superworms not to feed alot at once since it can cause impaction. But how many is alot and can they be feed every day or every other day like 2-3?

When our beardie was a sub adult, we would let him eat as much as he could in 15 minutes. He'd usually stop well before then, but it was usually, not always, over 20 medium dubia.

I believe the concern with feeding too many superworms at once to a sub adult or adult is that the beardie will throw up, not get impacted. If I recall correctly, people would feed a few and slowly increase the number over several days. You could search this forum as I know it was discussed years ago. We only fed our Rex superworms a few times from one container. Those things' mouths are way too scary for me.
