He's a real cutey !!!
Give him a few days to a week to settle in .... they are often very stressed when they are brought home but soon adjust and learn the new schedules.
I can see some issues with the viv that stand out very obvious to me that you might consider fixing for the welfare of your new spikey baby :
>> mesh hammock
<--- nails get snagged and they stuggle and do serious injuries to themselves.
>> fake plastic green leafy stuff
<--- if nibbled this stuff WILL result serious impaction if not passed.
>> dial style thermometer
<--- these are so inaccurate as to be worthless , you have no idea what the temperatures are in the viv.
>> inadequate UV lighting (?)
<--- likely a 13W coil sitting ontop the meshtop
>> heatrock (?)
<--- is he sitting on a natural rock ?
or a fake acrylic rock/cave ?
or an electric heatrock ?
.....if it's a heatrock these are very bad , and many lizards have been badly burnt by them , better off with a par38 COLORLESS incandescent or halogen flood / spot light as his heat source and basking lamp.
I suggest you work through it methodically , it's highly likely other problems and changes you should do will pop right out at you ( not blaming you, being a noob you are on a steep learning curve and were likely given very bad advise by the seller of the beardie and the viv) :.
