New Beardie owner... HELP

Sully looks like she is doing great! Love the costume!! But, how does Sully really feel about it...lol!!!
How has she been doing lately??

Sully does seem to be doing great. She is constantly getting spoiled by my roommates. The boys created a cage for her in the garage so she can help fix cars and she has a outdoor pen that they also created. She is very rarely in her house except at night and in the morning. But I think she really likes being out because she mopes when she is put back in. That is unless she gets crickets... lol!

Sully did not seem to mind the costume when the eyes fit her correctly. She just kinda laid there and took it like she always does. She is a good girl! Loving my first dragon and already begging my boyfriend to buy me another one. He says NO, one is more than enough.

Sounds like Sully is doing very well!! After my girl Puff was about 10 months old, I too started thinking how I would like another one. My husband said that I didn't have time for another one, with all of my other babies, two dogs, four cats, Puff, Fred, the green anole, and my husband, the house, and our two grandkids here all the time. I decided he was right...one was enough, especially because I loved spoiling Puff so much. Well, there was a guy wanting to give his dragon to someone who could spend more time with him. Long story short, I now have Puff and Deuce.
I am so glad that I took Deuce in! He is such a sweetheart and it is fun seeing the two different personalities. I manage to make time for both of them, I do have to admit, its probably the house that suffers the most,,its easy to put off the housework when you have dragons to play with!! There are times that I do feed sort of bad for getting a second one,,,like I used to take Puff out with me whenever I went somewhere she could go...now she only gets to go half the time because I let Deuce go too. They take turns. So it is different having two,,but knowing that I have given Deuce a better home than what he had and making sure Puff still gets alot of one on one time,,makes me glad I did it.
Sorry this turned out so long...I ramble when it comes to my babies!!

That's ok... I ramble too when I get talking about Sully. I also almost recieved another dragon but a different friend wanted him, so I decided to share the greatness of dragons with their family. My boyfriend yells because I spend more time with Sully then with him sometimes but after work I just want to go play with her. Oh well he will get over it... lol!

I am very excited because I am a math intervention teacher at a school and I am going to be bringing in Sully to meet the kids, next week (hopefully). I hope she does well with meeting all the faces but I'm sure she will be great. She is so laid back and calm I am not worried, but I am bringing along a small 10 gallon tank to put her in to warm up and for a quiet place to get away if she needs it. My roommates just keep reminding me that it is only for one day I cannot keep her at school. They would be very sad to lose their favorite buddy.

How fun to get to share Sully with your kids!! Puff adores getting to go out and get all the attention. I'm sure Sully will be the same. Yes, it is funny how the guys get so attached to them. My husband loves our two,,and he isn't even ashamed to admit that they are the most amazing creatures and that he never thought he would like a lizard so much...like, ha ha ha,,,he loves them as much, ok no quite as much, but he does love them..lol.

I'm so proud of my big girl. Yesterday Sully got to come to work with me for the day. I work at an elementary school, so Sully and I spent the day meeting the different classes. Sully did an awesome job of letting the kids come and pet her. She sat very nicely on my arm and when she could scared or irritated she would hide her head in my elbow. She also was amazing with the classes that were a little loud and wild. Sully was a great girl and the kids loved having her come visit!

But I'm sure she is glad to be home in her cage today sleeping and chasing crickets.
