New beardie behaviors

Alright so heres the deal
1) my little guy scratches and acts like he is trying to run up the glass... is that normal?
2) how can i get him to be more friendly?... he just got done shedding so i know he gets grump then cause of that

He is about 3 months old now and i have had him for a month

also i just added a bunch of new decor to his tank

Try taking him out at night when he is tired... put him close to you. I used to (and still do) put my baby inside my sweatshirt while watching tv, and he snuggles right in.. or wrap him in a towel 'beardie burrito' this calms them a lot, and hold him in it while you are relaxing at night.. he will eventually get used to you and be more calm.
