I have a 4 almost 5 month old beardie that I got 2 days ago at Repticon from Carolina Designer Dragons. I think she's probably having some trouble adjusting, more so today than yesterday. Yesterday I was able to hand feed her a few bites of mustard greens in the morning. Maybe 4 bites total. For lunch she ate about 10 crickets total. She also had two bowel movements yesterday. Then for dinner she seemed very disinterested in any crickets so I just left her alone. She had a bath and did fine, no trying to escape. She just sort of laid there up to her little elbows in warm water lol. I let her soak for a few mins then dried her off some with a towel (more laid her in the towel until I got her back to her tank. She has been basking and sleeping fine. But today she hasn't wanted any greens or any crickets at all. I warmed her tank up for about an hour before trying the greens. They're still there untouched. I just tried to give her some crickets and for the 10 mins in her feeding tub she didn't want anything to do with it. Instead she climbed up to me. I've heard of them having poor appetites after moving but is it this bad sometimes? I'm just a little concerned for her.

That sounds like pretty standard relocation stress to me.

Just keep doing what you're doing and give her a few more days
to adjust before you start to get worried.

Most likely, she'll perk right up in a couple of days.

If she's not eating well, pooping well, and basking well in about a
week, then get worried.

You'll want to get her to a vet sometime in the next couple of weeks
for an initial exam and a parasite fecal test anyway.

Thanks. I'm pretty sure it's more than likely just the relocation stress she seems to be fine with everything else besides eating. Sleeps well, enjoys baths. I'm just worried about her not eating. I'm hoping she picks up in the next day or two. Not eating can't be healthy for something that can't be any more than 8 inches at the most from nose to tail lol

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
