Hey everyone, my name is Elisa. My bf and I just got our first dragon Friday 4 April. We named him Tang. We got him from dragonzwhispers.com. He was born on 20 Dec 2007 and is 13 7/8" long. We were so excited to get him! 
I have been wanting and researching to get one for over a year & a half. We are both cops in the Air Force. While I was deployed to Saudi Arabia for 6 months I read every website I could and ordered 9 books on dragons. I had some knowledge on keeping them, having had 3 iguanas before I joined the Air Force. I wanted to get another iguana but being in the military it would be harder to go from base to base with a cage big enough to house a full size iguana. So I decided to get a dragon, and I already like them more! Tang is so laid back, he's a little brat though. Very cute. He loves crickets and devours his greens and veggies. He's such a good boy.

I took this after he got home. He isnt as bright in my pictures due to the fact the breeder uses a Mega-Ray bulb. I already have one on its way.
I will be getting a 5' x 2' x 2' cage from showcasecages.com within a week. This is what it looks like, but it's going to be a sandstone color.
Here is the basking platform we made out of styrofoam, tile grout and stone paint. It will go on the left side under the Mega-Ray once we get them.
