New baby Leather back .....

Hey all I bought a new baby leatherback female today at the British columbia reptile show in Abbotsford BC she is so cute.
Settling in nicely.
She is 6" long I named her Cleo and she is loving her new viv loves he hammock and ate 10 crickets when I got her home.
She is watching me through her viv glass typing on the computer and looking around at things.
I will tomorrow post some pics of her as today I just want her to settle in she is alittle skittish but I have been talking to her and she is also tired she keeps wanting to go to sleep.
She also took her first poop today when we got home so that was a good sign.

I just wanted to share some news with you .

Cool, your an Abbotsford citizen too? xD Where was Reptile Show? How long is it? Keep us updated on your new beardie Cleo. See how she is doing and what not. I think she will love her new home. ^^

I actually live in Richmond so I came out this morning PjPets are friends of mine so I came out to get Cleo from West Coast dragons.

The BCRC reptile show is still on tomorrow from 10-4 at the cadet building on Haida . They had Beardies from West Coast Dragons thats where I bought my female from and Pjpets were there and I got my male from a lady that is a breeder there.
Had lot of snakes crested geckos, Leo's it was really a great show.

I will keep you updated on Cleo I just took alook at her as I put a baby blanket on her hammock and she has wrapped her arms around it and is sleeping snuggled up against it. tomorrow I will find her a small bun bun or something so she feels comfy and I am going to move her viv as well so I can see her more in livingroom

here she is she is alittle dark as she is getting used to her new surroundings and the glass was dusty when I took the pics ignore that lol
its all cleaned nice and clear now .

They sell them everywhere. ZooMed makes them.

I made one for my adult male and have one for my female that I made as well.
I took the template of the hammock and used some baby blankets and made hammocks out of them.
Cleo has this hammock for now but I also have a blanket that \i gently cover her with it at night.

Cleo is going into shed I can see now her tail has just shed and wow the colors of her are amazing.
I will post some pics when she is done . I have some previous pics of her she is also 2 months old she was born April 6th 2011.
