New baby beardie loss of appetite

New beardie mom here- still learning a lot! Beardie is about 5.5 inches long but haven't weighed it yet. In a 20 gal tank with reptile carpet, basking rock and another hiding place, water and veggies everyday. Have the uvb light and heat light although my therm says it doesn't get hotter than 90-95 but it's not digital so not sure how accurate. Started off eating about 15-20 crickets but now has only eaten about 1-2 day. I'm concerned but maybe I shouldn't be? Gave a bath and seemed to like it. I have a double dome lamp but heat lamp only is in one dome - the other has a red lamp but I don't turn it on. Actually going to throw it. Should I put another heat lamp or just a better therm? Should I be worried that my baby beardie isn't eating?

i know when my dragon doesn't eat he is probably wanting to poo. i would try to make him poo, maybe. and with a lot of new dragons, they don't like change. and they won't eat for a while, trust me. your dragon will eventually eat. if he doesn't eat for a week or a two consider a vet :)
but, once he get used to you and the environment he will eat more :)

Thank you! Well after my beardie ate a cricket shortly after it pooped so that's good I guess. It's been regular as well, so that's another good sign.

Do you think the tank is too cold?

Do you leave the thermometer in the tank? Might be a silly question but I've seen some tanks with 2 thermometers (1 on each side of the tank) and some with the probes - and I'm reading that you don't leave those in the tank at all.

Yeah I would leave them right in the tank. One on the basking spot and one on a surface on the cool size. I zip tie mine so they stay put (for the most part). It's helpful to be able to glance at the readouts and be sure that the lighting is in the correct range or adjust as needed.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
