New Baby Beardie doesn't eat live

So I got a new baby beardie today. I've been working with it for a little while now and I believe it probably isn't more than a month old. So adorable. But the only thing I can get it to eat is baby food. Not a ton but atleast it's getting something into its little belly. Any advice. (by the way I only say it because it is not old enough for me to tell if it is male or female, calling him/her little one until the gender is determined and i can name him/her)

Sometimes when you first get them they are stressed out and don't want to eat. You can either do chicken or turkey stage one babyfood with some squash and add a little bit of calcium that has no phosphorus in it. What kind of tank set up do you have? The uv and heat could make a difference too, but it is probably relocation stress. Just be patient.

I agree, when I got my dragon she would not eat for longer than a week due to the stress of relocation. Give the little guy time, and keep up with the baby food.
Make sure the basking area is 100-105 degrees and the cooler side is around 80-85.
Also make sure you have a good UVB light. I suggest the repiglow 10.0. If you do not know the age of the bulb i would get a new one. They only last for 4-6 months before needed to be replaced.
These are really important to help your little one digest food.

Also make sure you are mixing in some calcium in the baby food.
Offer the little guy some greens such as collard greens and mustard green. You can also use squash carrots, apples, strawberries, and blueberries . Just make sure you chop them up into tiny tiny pieces no bigger then the space between his/her eyes for easy digestion. You could also make a paste out of the fruits and veggies and mix them with some water and calcium and place it on her nose and let her lick it off.
If you can post a picture of the VIV you might get some helpful ideas about a great set-up for your new friend!!
Hope it works for you!!

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
