Well every site ive found suggested for purchasing reptiworms or silkworms doesnt accept my discover credit card. Im trying to get dude off crickets so i was trying to order 100 silks and 100 reptiworms to see which he likes more but i can only use my discover credit card....anyone know of a site that accepts them? or if anyone else has suggestions on a better staple to switch to...but these are what ive read were good. he is only 12.5 inches so he cant have supers yet. thanks

The reptiworms website accepts paypal which accepts discover. You'll have to pay a fee to use a CC in paypal, but that's one route you can go. Have you tried dubias?

havent read much about them other than how to breed them...which seems like a long process and my girlfriend hates the idea of breeding them but where can i order them/what size would i get for a 13 inch beardie?

You can order them online as well or off this site even. There are a lot of people who eventually have so many that they'll sell the leftovers. The most used payment method is Paypal, so you can look into starting an account with them (it's free). For 13 inches, you'll probably be safe with small or medium roaches. They are equivalent to about 6 crickets per dubia as far as content goes, so you'll be feeding less per day.

Thanks, ill look into it. Im going to a reptile expo on sunday so im gonna see what i can get there and avoid shipping. I used to have paypal but my account was hacked and i ended up paying 200 bucks on overdraft and bank fees so ive been avoiding starting another due to paranoia

It just seems to be the general consensus from what people observe when they switch from crickets to dubia. Darwin used to eat 20-30 crickets per feeding, but would take about 5 dubia of similar size and not want any more. Here's an older thread that talks about it. It has a nice debate between a dubia breeder that sells regularly on this site and another member.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
