Need lighting advice

It’s time for me to buy new bulbs. I’m wondering what people think about the zoo med reptisun 10 T5-Ho 24watt bulb along with the Carolina Custom fixture that houses the uva/uvb bulb and a basking bulb. It’d be convenient for the fixture to hold both bulbs instead of my huge heat bulb he’s currently using. Also, is a 24” bulb too long for a 40L or should I get an 18"? Is the basking light too close to the long bulb? Attaching links. Opinions? ?

It's an excellent bulb and the 24'' is the right size for that tank. The fixture I haven't tested but I think you can get better quality for the price. Is the fixture going to hang from something or do you want it to sit flush on top?
