NEED IMMEDIATE HELP BEARDIE NOT POOPING

I have a female beardie. And she seems to be doing good. But now since i stopped feeding her kale, she hasnt pooped much. Its like every 2 days she poops. I feed her small mealworms dusted in calcium and sometimes cucumbers. Its normal looking. But she doesnt poop much. Help! I need immediate help!

How old is she? Older dragons can go a few days or even sometimes a few weeks without pooping with no issue. If she's younger it might be the mealworms causing a problem for her since they can be hard to digest due to their chitin shell.

I dont know how old she is but the circumference of her tummy is about 14 cm
