Debbie, here is a link for a ceramic heat emitter. I'll link you to the watts you'll need for that size enclosure:

Just run that at night only, to maintain the temps 65* and over. Now, should the temps rise above 80*F at night, then drop back down to a 100 w emitter.

thanks for all the help,you willbe pleased to know he is in his new enclosure and absolutely loving it,will try to upload some pictures when i get my camera working ,just need some nice artificial plants to brighten it up for him and its all ok,have managed to get rid of the heat mat,using an infrared lamp and hes seems ok with that,once again thanks for all the help and advice xxx

Debby, colored lights are hard on a dragon's eyes. You'll want a bright WHITE light for extra heat, and that repti-glo is bad business. Causes all sorts of issues. Go with the Arcadia I suggested, or with the MVB I suggested. Much better all around.
I can provide documentation of the ill effects of the glo if you wish.

The reptiglos are all cons, except the reptiglo 8, which got discontinued. I believe you can keep the reptiglos if they are a safe distance away? LIke, farther than most tube lights.
