Need help with sealing and flooring

We are in the planning/building process of my 4x2x2 beardie tank.

we are using plywood for the walls and floor. What do you suggest for sealing? do we need to seal the whole inside, or could we just do the floor and a few inches of the bottom of the wall (And paint the rest of the wall)?

i want to use stone looking tile for the floor. anybody ever do this? we are not sure what type of sealing or if it matters what to use over plywood and under tiling. or would linoleum work better than tile?

Any other input would be great! So far we just have the frame built.

If you use a good quality paint on wood I personally don't think you need to seal (painting is sealing) that anymore. Just make sure it's dry and aired out before the beardie goes in. If you are going to glue your tiles to the wood I also would not use sealant underneath that but glue them straight to the wood for better grip. If you leave the tiling unglued and you want to seal the wood underneath it doesn't matter much what you use I think, because the beardie won't be able to reach it then.

thank you! i wasnt sure if paint would be enough sealing.

so as for gluing the tiles down, do i just get something that wont give off fumes from the lamps?

For tiles I would use specific tile adhesive. Any hardware store will have that in either powder or paste form. Just get the cheapest one you can find, it won't suffer much in your viv. On the packaging it will say how much space you can cover with it. Once hardened it will not let out fumes or anything like that.
