Need help with my beardie's temper

Hey there.. im new here and i need some help =)
I just got a Bearded Dragon 2 weeks ago... up untill now he has been fine.. cuddles with me and explores.. But the last 2 days when ever i take him out of his cage his beard turns black and he dosent want to hang out with me. he just wants to run around the apartment.
when i put him back in his cage his beard turns normal again... i dont understand why =/

They are very hyper and love to explore. Let him roam around, its good for them.

I have been doing that and every time he just looked happy... till now.. when he started to turn his beard black... and it's just when i let him out... as soon as i put him back in his cage he turns normal..... what does that mean ?

Something is making him uncomfortable. Maybe its to cold/to hot. Do you have any other pets?

no none =/ could it be that it's to cold in my apartment? I try to keep it warm but the floor gets a little cold

It sounds like he's cold, especially since his beard goes back to normal as soon as he's back in his warm enclosure. Make it a little warmer for him and see if that helps. If it's not that something else is stressing him out in his environment outside the enclosure.
