Here's my advice based on how everyone's helped me in the community:
Bugs:
Hornworms (i use them Duke loves them)
Crickets
Silkworms
Roaches
Phoenix worms
Butter Worms
Treats:
Waxworms (I only give these to Duke once a week, they are high in fat)
Veggies:
Collard Greens
Turnip Greens
Mustard Greens
Prickly Pear Cactus pad
Prickly Pear Cactus leaf
Endive
Escarole
Squash
DO NOT COOK VEGGIES.
Just to be safe
UV lighting:
Reptisun 10
Reptiglo 8
Reptisun 5
MVB (gives both light and heat; beardie must be 12 inches away from it)
