Need help regarding heat source for Dubias

My heating pad has a setting for low/medium/high. What should I set it at? I currently have it at medium.

With it set at medium, check the temps on the bottom 1/3 of your egg crates. Temp should be between 90F and 95F for maximized breeding. If medium does that, good. If not, put it on high and check again. I keep my heating pad set to high.

i also have mine set to high and the temps are just about perfect
