need help making food for my dubias i just bought

so i bought 500 small dubias from a fellow member on this site and im wondering how can i make them food ive read cat food and dog food is good but ill rather ask u guys since ive learned alot from u guys in th past month ive been on this website thanks and god bless u guys

Well, you can buy commercial, or blend your own. Some choices include cat/dog food, baby cereal, and a variety of fruits and veggies, particularly oranges. I don't know much either so I'm excited to hear and learn more.

I give my roaches fresh greens every other day. I give the bearded dragon greens daily, but when I take out yesterday greens and try to feed it to the roaches they refuse to eat it. Yesterday's greens are all hard and brittle, so I can't really blame them.
