Need help finding non-adhesive shelf liner

I cant seem to find any non-adhesive shelf liner that is flat. The only stuff I was able to find has little bubbles on the underside to prevent slipping when you actually use it in shelves.

I attached a pic, but this stuff just isn't going to work. Her nails are going to get caught, its just too thick, and the fact that it has little "pores" doesn't seem very sanitary. They have perfect stuff at the store, but it always has a sticky side!!! I've checked Walmart, Home Depot, Rona, Lowes. And I'm just really out of ideas.

Anyone have any suggestions, is there a place I'm not thinking of?

That seems to be the exact same liner I have. Im looking for something completely flat with no cushion. Something I can wipe clean with bleach when she poops. Something like the plastic paper stuff they have that usually has the sticky side. But without the glue of course.
But since I've never bought anything of Amazon, I never thought to look there. Maybe I'll look around online, Thanks

Wal-Mart should for sure have it, not insulting your intelligence, but are you sure you are looking hard enough? Because i see it literally everywhere.

this is what i use in my viv, bubble side down. i wasn't too sure about it when i bought it, but it was so cheap i thought i'd try it. so far no problems with nails or texture & cleanup has been a cinch, bleach and all. hope this helps, good luck!

I got some from Lowes and for a roll it was about $6. They have "sand" colors and white.
