Need cleaning suggestions ASAP!

Yesterday I picked up a 40 gallon tank from my friend for my beardie, it's been sitting Around for a while and has a slight smell of cigarette smoke. This tank will be in my room and I want to get rid of that smell, as well as clean and disinfect the tank what are some suggestions of how to do this, any pictures or videos of ways to do this would also be great. Thanks!

A steam cleaner will do the job.

Diluted vinegar or ammonia, let it sit for 20 min then rinse thoroughly.
