NAILS

Lil Pablo had really long nails. If he crawled up on your arm,your arm was all scratched up. He really wasnt fun to hold anymore. My dad cut a little bit of his nails off and he dosent scratch anymore. Was that a smart thing to do? Should u cut their nails?

I regularily cut the tips off of Winks nails... Otherwise, I would be bleeding every time I handled him! Just make sure you dont cut to far and get the quick (the vain that is in their nails).

After I put slate in my girls cage her nails trimmed up nicely. Just a thought. Keeps them manicured.

It's okay to trim their nails up to the quick. (just like a dog's nails) Just remember to support their legs so they are more comfortable.
