Nails again!

I posted this before but my lizards nails are freakin insane they are long and I can't pick her up without having my hand be clawed off we tried cutting them but it's a little bit of work...and when we do clip them she can't climb it's there something we can do to keep them rounded orat least not sharp

Have you tried just cutting the very tip? We do ours as the two large ones have razor sharp nails. Just cutting the tip allows them to climb normally but not draw blood. We dont usually have much of a problem with it, and use a small cuticle cutter to do it. Havent looked into any other options as we havent needed to.

Ya that's what we do I'm afraid I'm gonna like break her little toe=(

The slate stones I keep in my bd's vivs file down their nails for me =)
