Mystery issue???

So I don't really expect much in the way of information, but I figured I'd ask anyway. Sapphire has been having issues, including constipation, extremely liquidy poo (doesn't even up even having a shape it's a puddle), and she has no fat pads. The fat pads I figured were from dehydration, but her poo is watery and she's never thirsty even though I give her water in a bowl and a syringe every once in a while, and her food all gets sprayed so she she should be fine.

I figured it was parasites, but we just went the second exotics vet and neither they or the vet before him found any parasites, and the one yesterday is the best exotics vet around. No guardia (no clue I don't that's the name, all I know is it starts with G and that's what my mom thought he called it) either, which he thought might be the issue. Obviously her poo shouldn't be like that and she shouldn't get constipated and should have fat pads, but both me and the vet are stumped. She's getting treated for parasites and guardia anyway, though, just in case.

She doesn't seem to ever be uncomfortable or in pain either, she's always pretty happy. Diet, humidity, and temps are all good too, and nothing has changed majorly to mess with her.

So, I wanted to know if anyone hadn't any idea what could be wrong? Has this ever happened to another beardie and it's not parasites? The vet found nothing wrong at all health wise. I have no clue what's wrong.

Giardia? That's a parasite that would be detectable in a fecal sample. If no parasites were found then they shouldn't be providing medications for it. The depleted fat pads are a bit concerning. How is her weight and appetite? It's possible she has an upset stomach or intestinal irritation of some sort that is causing the watery poops. Did the vet do a blood test to check how her systems are functioning?

Yes! Giardia. It tested negative as well, she's totally clean with no parasites. Both her weight and appetite are fine, I haven't seen any issues in them and the vet said her weight was good too. I don't think it could be just an upset stomach since it's been this way for over a month (just the vet visit was a 3 week wait from when it was made to when we went), but I don't know. We didn't do a blood test, but if nothing improves with the medication then I think we'll do that then. He just felt her and checked her heart rate and physical things. Definitely thinking a blood test is the way to go now though, just in case

I might be more to do with her diet .... what do you include in her greens and salad ?

Is she getting any live insects as part of regular diet ? what and how often ?

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
