My new pretty and epicly AWESOME Beardy! :)

Hello,

I was debating whether to get a gecko or a beardie, but then I visited a friend with the coolest most docile pet sitting on his shoulder. I instantly fell inlove with the creature and saved up to buy a tank and the bare necessities to keep one. As soon as I got enough money, I bought one of those "kits". I know its not the best, but I replaced a lot including the substrate(using carpet), and the UVB bulbs(Reptisun 5.0, may switch to a MVB to save money on e-bill). So I went and met a breeder, as I peered onto the glass(Sandfires), this one dragon who was basking noticed me, ran down the branch to the glass and just stared. I said, I want that one! So I took him/her home, 7 weeks old, 6.5" long from head to tip of the tail. Unfortunately, I can't sex her/him yet, but she looks like a girl.

Still thinking of a name! Suggest me something! Unisex name!

S/he pooped on my shorts so I put her on the bed as I was changing infront of her/him(while LOTR extended blu ray was playing, s/he was watching it with me). When I looked back, s/he was just staring at the screen.

She ate her first tiny bites of salad today(Since I had her), I am so happy! Woo!

Aww s/he is so cute! Congratulations! As for names ... idk sorry, i had to give mine unisex names once, (Casey &Tracey), and it took me awhile to decide.

Another thing I had was Ardee(R.D.), it stands for "The Red Death" which is the biggest dragon in that movie "How to train your dragon".

*UPDATES*

This is her "WHASAAAAAAAAAAP??!!" face, she is currently shedding.

I named her, "Ember".

She has grown a full inch, since the time I got her last week. Also she gained weight

Yay!
