Hi guys

I have 2 beardies housed seperatly on top of each other.

They are both about 18months old. My male has started to dig. He is kept on shelf liner so he isn't really getting far

His lighting and temps are fine. He doesn't poop regularly, could this be a sign of discomfort? I give him warm baths daily and also give him water orally every day. He doesn't eat his veg, or very little anyway, that i give him every day. He has locusts every other day and the odd morio worm for variety.

Also, he does have a black beard now and again but no black tail

Any ideas?

Thanks
Kerry

Just sounds hormonal to me. If the female is under him he could be trying to dig his way out and to the female. My males always act like that even if the female is across the room and out of sight.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
