My first Beardie is here, yey

Hi Bearded Dragon fans!
I'm so happy! he/she is finally here with me. I named him Krogan, after the Bearded Dragon-looking alien in the game Mass Effect. He's only 4 months old, but when he is full grown his name will be Krogan Battlemaster, hahha.. If you don't know what I'm talking about you can google it.
I'm taking pictures of him tomorrow and I'm going to post them. You Bearded Dragon lovers are photo crazy on this forum! I love reading your posts and I hope to add some of my own.
Krogan is so cute. He's very affectionate already. All I do is put my hand in front of him and he willingly walks into my hand. Putting him down he tries to climb back onto my hand. In the first half hour he ate two crickets. I put a tiny piece of veggie in front of him while holding it and he ate from my hand! So I tried holding him while feeding him and he didn't hesitate. I'm very happy he is well socialized! I got him at Petsmart and the woman working there said she's been holding him every day since they got him there. She seemed really sad he was leaving.
Right now he is hanging out on his log. I've been staring at him for hours... Or maybe it's HER.. I don't know yet!

Lol first off, great game! I don't really think of beardie with I think of Wrex but to each there own I guess lol. I don't know what you're going to do if its a girl lol, Tali maybe? Anyway Post pictures soon!!!

Hello Angela, welcome to the forum and congratulations on getting Krogan. We can't wait to see pictures. Isn't it amazing how quickly you can get attached? Sounds like the bonding process between the 2 of you has already started. If you have any questions at all, let us know. :wink:

I have never played the game Mass Effect, but it sounds interesting! I have seen pics of Krogan though, he does look a lot like a beardie. lol.

Yes, pics are the way to go...we love to admire the beardies!
