She hasn't been mated.

I have read before that sometimes they lay eggs even with out being mated? Could this be happening to her?

Should I then put a laying box? If so, is a laying box with cocopeat ok?

I touch her belly and couldn't feel any eggs though.

Or maybe she is showing signs that she is ready for mating?

Thanks in advance guys!

If she is digging daily then a lay box would be a good idea. You can use a kitty litter box filled with what ever damp substrate you want to use. Coco coir or peat would be ok, most people mix in some sand so its more stable.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
