My Feeding Schedule

So I purchased my bearded dragon today, and I'm still slightly confused about the feeding schedule. Right now I just fed her a few Dubai roaches, and left her a salad of collard greens, carrots, and broccoli.

So, if I'm feeding her, I was thinking that I could leave her salad in there, switching it out as needed between meals, and just giving her the time with the roaches the 2-3 times a day. Does this sound okay?

Also, she's only about a foot long, if not as long!

Can you place him on the kitchen scales (in a tared box) ?

At about 12 inches long , he's likely only 4 6 months old and a juvenile.

So I recommend two live insect protein meals per day.

Best insects for him are :

BSF maggots (Phoenix Worms) - large size >>> excellent naturally rich in calcium
Silkworms - small (about 1 inch long) and medium (about 1.5 long) >>> excellent , rich in calcium
Crickets / Locusts / Roaches (need to be gutloaded with high calcium greens , repcal Adult beardie pellets and carrot) and dusted with calcium powder.
