Hey guys,
so right now I am using the ReptiPro lightbulb for my bearded (with the uvb rays nd such) and there is kind of a problem..
Well, my dad is the problem.. he says the bulb shouldn't be left on as long as I do, and even if it is he does not want me to keep it on (I keep it on from about 8 before i go to school, to about 10 or 11 depends when I am going to bed).
But he says it is to hot and energy sucking that he does not want it to be left one for very long, so he is trying to tell me I can only leave it on for 2 hours a day or else he will take it (I won't let him take it as I know she will need heat throughout the day) but he told me I should get a more "economical" and less energy sucking bulb that I can leave on for most of the day instead of the ReptiPro (he also says my current bulb turns my room into an oven so.. a bulb that would not be so strong except for in the tank )
So could someone please tell me a bulb that would be less energy sucking but still provide good heat temperature's for my Bearded? Thankss,
Sean
